If you haven’t read part one yet you’ll want to do that first!
Just some small things! :)
In Pokhara, I had one of the best papayas! My stomach was getting over something and I was like what’s better than eating a papaya. So I went to the little Tienda down the street, grabbed a papaya, sat on our rooftop, sat in the sun and ate it! It was perfect!
We went to an outside movie theatre and watched the lion king! So much fun!
The last couple of days in Pokhara it rained in the afternoon. The rain cleared up most of the smog, and the last morning we were there you could see the Himalayan’s so beautifully from our rooftop!!!
There are so many purple trees around here! They’re all in bloom and they just look so beautiful
During the parent visit, we were able to make Momos! Momos are a little dumpling filled often with chicken, different spices and vegetables. They are wrap so beautifully by the locals but not really by me lol.
Smoothies and smoothie bowels here are a big thing! I am in love and have missed mom’s smoothies!
Went zip lining on top of a mountain which was fun! So pretty up there!
Fun news!!
As I mentioned in my last blog, in Çanakkale, I am leading a trip in the fall! I recently got my fundraising page set up and there’s been such sweet confirmation with it all! I am already 30% of the way there! That’s so crazy to me! God’s so sweet! I don’t have my route yet but it’s been sweet to pray for what God has next! If you feel led to give here is my link! Thank you to everyone who has given and who has prayed for me! Life is crazy but God is so good and so kind!

Prayer
-
Pray for the believers in Nepal! That they would continue to be emboldened by the Holy Spirit. That they would continue to speak truth and share truth
-
Pray for my teams health. When I got here I was out for a couple days. I am thankfully feeling better but a couple people are congested or have scratchy throats
-
Continue to pray for unity within my whole team. All 14 of us are living in the same place and working alongside of each other for what looks like the remainder of our trip. That we would call each other higher and love each other well.
-
Pray for spiritual decrement over all of us. This place can be pretty heavy sometimes. We stand in authority but some days are different than others.
Recently there was a message about the secret church of Nepal. To get more insight of what’s happening here or how to pray better give it a listen!
As always thank you for reading my fairly long update! If you’d like to hear more feel free to reach out! I’m always thankful that you make it this far. Thank you for your prayers, your little texts and words of encouragement and thank you for your love! I love you all so much!
In Christ,
Sydney <3
